Senior Product Operations Manager

Remitly is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program/project management experience in tech, preferably in fintech/payments or similarly regulated, global environments. They will work with cross-functional teams to simplify compliance, reduce manual work, and keep fraud in check while improving payments reliability and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management in tech
• Experience in fintech/payments or similarly regulated, global environments preferable
• Payments know-how, familiarity with cross-border money movement preferable
• Data fluency, ability to define metrics, build/read dashboards, and use analysis to drive decisions and improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional work, managed dependencies and risks, and influencing teams you don’t manage
