We are seeking a Client-Facing Account Manager to support our PPC clients, focusing on relationship management, reporting, and performance oversight. The role is client-facing, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and holding PPC engineers accountable. This is a remote position within the Latin American market, assisting with a growing client roster, including a Dentist Vox account.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles within PPC or digital marketing environments.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills with a neutral/US-friendly English accent.
• Solid understanding of PPC concepts to manage, review, and hold engineers accountable.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts (~30) simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience in reporting, client presentations, and performance reviews.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
