Requirements
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube
- Collaborate with Marketing Advisors and project managers
- Allocate budgets effectively and monitor pacing to maximize ROI
- Generate reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
- Write ad copy and support basic creative production
- Set up tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, landing page collaboration)
- Mentor and support junior paid media specialists
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities for performance improvement
