This is a full-time, remote paid media specialist role for a U.S.-based digital marketing agency. The specialist will develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple high-profile Google and Facebook/Instagram accounts, collaborating with Marketing Advisors, and contributing to strategic growth. The role may evolve into a senior leadership position mentoring junior specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media campaign management
• Proven ability to plan and optimize campaigns for measurable results
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and project coordination tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
