Architect - Planning Drawings & Elevation Layouts (UK Experience Required)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect with experience in UK building codes and spatial optimization. The role involves creating architectural drawings for UK-based projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should be proficient in rendering tools like Lumion, Vray, and AutoCAD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural planning and elevation layout
• Demonstrated experience working with UK clients or firms
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, planning policies, and space standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UK-based projects
