This role involves data entry, maintaining records, handling inquiries, and generating reports. The position is fully remote and works from home.
Requirements
- Enter donation data into LGL with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update donation records in Excel
- Assist with responding to donor inquiries via phone and email
- Generate donation reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication skills for handling donor calls and emails
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in donation management or nonprofit sector (preferred, not required)
