Estimator and Take Offs

RemoteVA PH is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator and Take Offs Specialist to join their dynamic remote team. The candidate will perform accurate takeoffs, pricing materials, and manage bid follow-ups to secure projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating and takeoff preparation
• Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings and creating detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and terminology
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines
