We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills to support our team. This is a fully remote position that requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role involves monitoring business listings, contacting sellers, and providing regular updates.

Requirements

• Fluent, clear, and professional English communication (spoken and written)
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
• Reliable internet connection and a fully equipped work-from-home setup
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
