Planswift PH is seeking a skilled Floor Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing takeoffs from drawing plans, particularly for flooring projects. The role requires precision, accuracy, and proficiency in Planswift software.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Estimator, with a strong background in flooring estimates.
• Proficiency in using Planswift software for takeoffs and estimates.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
