We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Executive Assistant specializing in short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). This role offers a blend of administrative support, operational oversight, and guest communication, ensuring efficient business and personal tasks are met.
Requirements
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, emails, and travel arrangements
- Oversee day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties
- Handle guest communications, resolve issues, and manage booking platforms
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and supplies
- Monitor and optimize listing, pricing, and occupancy rates
- Track income, expenses, and prepare basic reports
- Assist with research, documentation, and project management
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Strong knowledge of short-term rental platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
