Property Valuation Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to support existing client investments. The role involves financial modeling, market research, report preparation, and assisting with due diligence. The position is fully-remote and works Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm EST.

Requirements

• Research real estate databases
• Analyze real estate investments
• Create financial models
• Research market trends
• Prepare reports
• Assist with due diligence
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with filemaker pro and internet searching
• Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR)
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills
