Real Estate Accountant (Appfolio and Quickbooks)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant with Appfolio and QuickBooks Online experience to manage financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support property management operations. The role focuses on managing rent collection, accounts payable, and financial reporting, and requires a strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using AppFolio and QuickBooks.
• Record and reconcile rent collections and other income.
• Process accounts payable and prepare accounts receivable.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
