Real Estate Analyst Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant to support an existing client with financial modeling, market research, and report preparation. The role involves analyzing real estate data, assessing investment returns, and creating financial models. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in Real Estate or related roles
• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Financial modeling experience preferred
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills
• Familiarity with FileMaker pro
