Telemarketer (cold caller/lead generation)

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer with strong cold calling and lead generation skills to reach out to potential clients and identify new business opportunities. The role involves nurturing leads through effective communication and persuasion, and requires maintaining accurate records and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. This is a fully remote position based in the Dominican Republic.

Requirements

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other outreach methods
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
