Requirements
- Previous experience in a People team, ideally as a People Partner or within Employee Relations
- Strong exposure to working across multiple regions
- Passion for technology and AI
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment
- Highly resourceful and proactive in seeking solutions
- Skilled in supporting and coaching managers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
