Compliance Officer - North America

Compliance Officer - North America job description at Remote. The Compliance Officer will help maintain and implement sound procedures for vetting customers in North America, aligned to regulatory and payment partner expectations. They will also introduce and implement innovative anti-money laundering and counter-financing terrorism solutions for the platform.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the Second line of Defence in the financial sector
• Expert knowledge of Canadian payments legislation
• Previous experience in both Compliance and Compliance Operations roles within a global financial services company
• Must be a CA resident
• Professional AML / MLRO certifications
• Writes and speaks fluent English
