Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Growth Hacking to own unconventional, high-leverage growth, design and run guerrilla growth programs that create awareness, demand, and activation for the suite of Remote HR products. The ideal candidate will have a deep network in startup ecosystems, hands-on, scrappy building experience, and a public presence in founder communities or creator economy.

- Ex-founder or first-growth hire with experience in scrappy plays
- Public presence in founder communities or creator economy
- Network among founders, operators, and investors
- Ability to move fast with low dependency
- Comfortable running multiple experiments in parallel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
