Payroll Operations Country Lead - Netherlands

Remote is a global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance consulting platform for international teams. They are seeking a Payroll Operations Country (or Regional) Lead to join their Payroll team, managing global payroll for a remote organization. This is a fully remote position, offering asynchronous work and the opportunity to make a personal difference in the employment space. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in said country/region.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes and issues.
• Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
