Product Director, Payroll

Join Remote as a Director of Product, Payroll and lead a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers to deliver on our shared strategy and goals. You'll have a massive impact on our organization and help create opportunities for millions of people around the world.

Requirements

• Hands on experience of working in the payroll area as a product manager
• Extensive experience in product management, ideally at high-growth companies
• Demonstrable experience leading teams of high-performing product managers
• Great judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including senior leadership
• A strong sense of design and UX
• A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are complicated
• Fluent written and spoken English
