Requirements
- IC product designer with experience and portfolio that demonstrates mastery of end-to-end design craft
- Deep experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Strong portfolio of work that shows outstanding results for both business and end users
- Experience with design strategy, research, envisioning, visual design, interaction design, design systems, architecture, and models
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Mentorship and sharing of work with wider design team
