The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the client’s sales pipeline. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage prospects across email, social media, and other outreach channels.
Requirements
- Conduct research to identify potential leads based on client criteria
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, social platforms, or other channels
- Qualify leads by assessing interest, fit, and engagement level
- Maintain organized lead records and update CRM systems accurately
- Support marketing and sales teams with data collection, segmentation, and list building
- Follow outreach scripts and messaging guidelines while personalizing communication when necessary
- Schedule meetings, calls, or demos for the sales team
- Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion metrics
- Assist with ongoing lead nurturing efforts to move prospects through the pipeline
