SOMACA is offering a 4-6 month internship opportunity for a motivated student to contribute to the deployment of industry excellence standards, continuous improvement, and global performance in the ateliers. The successful candidate will have a Bac+5 degree in Industrial Methods, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Production Management.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree in Industrial Methods, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Production Management
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and Standard Work
• Ability to analyze workflows and optimize workstations
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools
• Good observation skills, attention to detail, and a spirit of continuous improvement
