Job Description
Our client is looking for a commercial and people-oriented Sales Manager for their location in Drachten. As a sales manager, you are responsible for developing and realizing the commercial objectives of this location. You lead a team of approximately 12-14 FTEs, serving customers in the North Netherlands region (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe).
Requirements
- Hierarchical leadership of a team of Account Managers, Product Specialists, and (Commercial Branch Manager) Commercial Service
- Coaching and directing team to achieve revenue and profit growth
- Preparing and executing annual plan and budget
- Executing systematic and strategic market approach
- Entering into and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Building long-term cooperation with customers
- Taking final decision on commercial negotiations
- Signaling market developments and translating them into commercial opportunities
- Taking control of the tender process
- Presenting to directors and management teams at the customer
