Job Description
Define comprehensive test plans and solutions for GaN and Silicon device families, design test hardware, and lead platform conversions and efficiency improvements. Partner with design, product, reliability, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- 5–12+ years in semiconductor test engineering (experience level varies by degree: BS, MS)
- Hands-on experience with wafer sort and final test
- Programming background in C++, VBA, or similar languages
- Proficiency with ATE instrumentation and platforms (discrete test systems, mixed-signal testers)
- Solid understanding of wide bandgap semiconductors (e.g., GaN)
- Experience with power and analog test methodologies
- Familiarity with semiconductor fab, assembly, and packaging flows
