Seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher Case Manager with expertise in Math to co-teach, adapt lessons, manage IEPs, and track data for student learning goals.
Requirements
- Foster a learning culture
- Utilize expertise in ELA and/or Math to modify curriculum
- Provide targeted feedback to students
- Assess student data and adjust instruction
- Collaborate with educators to provide specialized instruction
- Develop IEPs
- Use a comprehensive data tracking system
- Serve as a case manager for special education students
