Job Description
We're looking for a Process Development Engineer to work within the new product introduction team (NPI). The role will focus on designing, developing and introducing innovative assembly processes for new and existing products.
Requirements
- Educated to at least HNC level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering
- Previous experience and evidence of success in the development of precision assembly processes
- Desirable requirements: Experience of DfA/DfM, Process FMEA or Six Sigma, Test rig/jig requirements setting, 3D CAD design and equipment implementation, Knowledge of automation techniques and their application to assembly processes
