Product Design Lead

Renmoney is seeking a Product Design Lead to transform the design of their Renmoney platform, creating a cohesive design language that enhances customer trust and drives business growth. This role will lead a team of designers, develop and maintain a design system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years in design roles
• 3+ years in a leadership position (e.g., Head of Design, Design Lead, Design Manager, Creative Director)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, user research tools
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of Nigeria's financial services landscape and user behaviors
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
