Product Manager - Business Banking & SME Ecosystem

Renmoney is seeking a Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive suite of digital services for Nigerian SMEs. This role focuses on driving ecosystem features like accounting, tax, payroll, and POS integration, positioning Renmoney as a one-stop platform for SME growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to create a scalable and compliant SME proposition that delivers revenue and customer value.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product management
• Experience in business banking, SME lending, or digital financial services
• Strong understanding of SME pain points in Nigeria
• Experience launching a digital platform from zero-to-one
• Technical fluency with developers and architects
• Familiarity with Mambu or other core banking platforms
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and accounting SaaS
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile or Lean Product methodologies
