Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will assist the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in supervising nursing staff and overseeing the delivery of patient care, focusing on ensuring staff competence and operational efficiency. This role involves training, development, safety, and compliance within a hospital setting, with potential for on-site shift work.
Requirements
- Current Nevada RN License required
- ADN / BSN or equivalent (BSN preferred)
- Nursing leadership experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Sound leadership skills
- Ability to stabilize acute psychotic and non-violent crises
- Demonstrates sound leadership skills
