Job Description
Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is growing and seeking experienced Mental Health Technicians for all shifts. The Mental Health Technician provides direct patient care, monitors behavior, and facilitates therapeutic activities. They collaborate with the treatment team and contribute to a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Outstanding Customer Service skills required
- Minimum one (1) year related experience preferred
- Ability to work well in crisis situations
- Use of appropriate social skills
- Ability to maintain information as highly confidential
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Willingness to seek supervision
