Customer Service Representative - Billing Department

Reno Orthopedic Center wants a Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls regarding billing and insurance claims. The role involves reviewing and explaining account balances, insurance explanations of benefits, and billing procedures to patients in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or medical billing environment
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and medical billing terminology
• Knowledge of insurance verification and explanation of benefits (EOBs)
