Requirements
- CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing), CSTDB (Certified Surveyor in Timber and Dampness), or relevant construction/built environment qualifications and experience are preferred.
- Proven track record in property preservation sales or surveying.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- Strong understanding of building pathology and preservation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
