Job Description
Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage customer databases, and promote Terminix products and services. The ideal candidate has experience in a call centre role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a call centre role answering phone calls and emails
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other applicable computer programs
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
- High school diploma – College preferred
