Food Safety & Compliance Specialist

Steritech is a market leader in food safety, quality assurance, and customer experience management. The company is looking for a Food Safety & Compliance Specialist to help clients ensure brand standards, food quality, and friendly service. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification
• Have excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability and desire to influence others with tact and skill
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner
• Thrives in an autonomous working environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize work based on urgency, efficiency and other factors
• Safe driving record and a commitment to working safely
• Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred
• ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
• Must pass pre-employment background screen
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
