Job Description
Rentokil PCI is seeking an Operations Executive for its branch in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and effectiveness of pest control services, with responsibilities including technician training, service audits, customer complaints resolution, and material stock management. The company is a leading pest control service provider in India.
Requirements
- Ensure availability of qualified technicians.
- Coach and train technicians.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings.
- Ensure materials are used according to service SOP.
- Plan TPAs with a target of 100% completion.
- Ensure TPA adherence for technicians.
- Track and optimize material consumption.
