Job Description
Rentokil Initial Hygiene, a part of the Rentokil Initial group, is seeking an Operations Executive for Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The role focuses on client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, reporting, and team performance to ensure service excellence and compliance. The position reports to a Branch Manager and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Schedule, plan, and allocate services efficiently
- Validate and generate data using the iCABS system
- Handle billing, invoice submissions, and credit note (CN) maintenance
- Follow up on POs and contract renewals
- Oversee office administration and statutory compliance
- Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking
- Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation
