Job Description
Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Technician to join their Morowali and Donggi (Makassar Project Branch) team. The role involves performing inspections, handling customer complaints, and ensuring high service standards. Requirements
- Perform inspections in accordance with established SOP
- Communicate well with customers and handle complaints
- Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours
- Able to drive a two-wheel and four-wheel vehicle
- Hold C-license or a Driver's License
