Job Description
Reonic is seeking a motivated intern for their HR Operations & Recruitment team. The role involves assisting with recruitment activities, supporting HR operations, and providing office support. The position is on-site in Augsburg and requires strong communication skills, organization, and a willingness to learn. Interns are expected to be passionate about how a business works and thrive in a fast-growing startup environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Strong interest in how a business works, especially from the HR and talent management perspective
- Highly organized with attention to detail
