Job Description
Rep-Lite is expanding its national team and seeking entrepreneurial professionals to lead business development and drive revenue growth. This Associate Producer role focuses on identifying, originating, and closing new business opportunities while managing client relationships over the long term. Producers have full autonomy without geographic restrictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven success engaging with and presenting to C-level executives
- Experience selling professional or consultative services to sophisticated business clients preferred
