We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer to own and optimize our paid acquisition channels, drive qualified leads, and support our growth goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing $300K+ monthly ad budgets
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase or similar tools
- Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, sales funnel and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in an IC role at a startup or scaleup
- Ability to rapidly move from strategic decision-making to hands-on execution
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
