At Replicant, we're seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven technology company.
Requirements
- Proven leader with 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field); ideally within data, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Deep understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, including how to execute, measure, and optimize each stage.
- Analytical and data-fluent. Comfortable interpreting pipeline metrics, salesforce data, and ROI dashboards to drive decisions and communicate impact.
