Replit is looking for a data-driven Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize user acquisition and conversion across Replit's mobile app and website properties.
Requirements
- 10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with significant focus on mobile app growth and website conversion optimization
- Deep expertise in ASO and website CRO, including A/B testing, metadata optimization, landing page optimization, and improving conversion rates across the funnel
- Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to establish testing cultures – you design experiments, interpret data, and run rigorous programs that deliver measurable results
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to implement tracking and optimize user experiences
- Creative problem-solver with bias for experimentation – you iterate constantly and aren't afraid to fail fast
- Experience marketing to non-technical audiences (creators, PMs, designers, business professionals) and optimizing for both B2C and B2B motions
