Claims Team Lead, Auto/Property

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. We are looking for a Claims Team Lead to provide support to a Claims Manager and oversee work done within the real property and auto damage adjusting staff.

Requirements

• Active adjuster license required
• 3+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines of business
• 1+ years of leadership experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to evolve the claims systems and processes
