Strategy, Insights and Planning Advisor

We are looking for a new Strategy, Insights and Planning Advisor to join the Reserve Bank and support our nationally significant mahi. Bring your skills and enthusiasm to this important role to work with teams across the Bank to help implement strategic direction for the organisation.

Requirements

• Experience in collaborating with others, identifying and engaging key audiences, and supporting strategies to achieve required decisions and actions.
• The ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner using simple language or visuals.
• Sound judgement and the ability to think holistically across a broad range of issues.
• Knowledge and application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
• Pragmatic and adaptable, able to think on your feet and deliver practical solutions.
