SEO Manager

Resident Home, a leader in e-commerce home furnishings, is looking for a Manager, SEO to shape the next evolution of their organic growth strategy. The role involves building and executing a company-wide SEO roadmap, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to optimize web presence for search performance and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive SEO experience with demonstrated success driving measurable results in complex digital or e-commerce environments
• Strong grounding in LLM technology and practical experience with AI-driven content workflows, prompt engineering, and automation
• Proven technical SEO expertise
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing
• Strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying automation flows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms and familiarity with performance-oriented e-commerce ecosystems
