Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned partnership architect to build and scale Resilience's ecosystem. You'll negotiate framework agreements with major Hospital Groups, forge technological alliances with key software publishers, and source strategic operational partners—all while bridging the gap between high-level deals and ground execution.
Requirements
- Structure complex, multi-stakeholder deals that are commercially viable and operationally executable
- Negotiate at C-level with Hospital Group executives, Software CTOs, and Service Providers
- Navigate complex decision-making circuits in large healthcare organizations
- Build and maintain strategic governance frameworks (Steering Committees, QBRs)
- Source, evaluate, and integrate external partners into operational workflows
- Collaborate across matrix organizations, empowering operational teams to deliver
