As a Procurement Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing procurement operations across the business. You’ll design and maintain governance frameworks, leverage AI and automation to improve processes, and ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process design, governance, or operations within procurement or a related function.
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools for process improvement in procurement or supply chain functions.
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle); ability to integrate with digital solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with change management and training programs.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to identify and implement process improvements within procurement operations, driving efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
