Requirements
- 6–10 years of senior HR business partnering experience
- Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or ERP transformation programs
- Deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change leadership
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
