We are seeking an experienced Interoperability Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our healthcare data integration products.
Requirements
- Strong background in healthcare interoperability standards
- Hands-on experience working with EMR/EHR vendors, interoperability platforms, and SaaS products
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, user experience, user research, and customer success teams
- Strong product strategy and execution skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR connectivity, data exchange, and SMART on FHIR enablement
- Knowledge of regulatory and standards developments (e.g., ONC Cures Act, TEFCA, USCDI, CMS regulations)
- Ability to translate interoperability use cases into clear functional requirements
- Experience with API design patterns and marketplace strategies for third-party developers and partner integrations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
