Job Description
Resonetics, a leader in micro manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Swiss Machinist Lead to scale up small volume to medium volume projects. The role involves setting up/operating CNC Swiss machines, programming, mentoring, quality control, and collaborating with engineers and customers. This position offers a fast-paced environment with employee-focused culture and significant growth potential.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Citizen Swiss set up or similar
- 4+ years of programming experience using Esprit and or Solid Cam
- 2+ years’ Experience leading small groups
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to create job related documentation for quality purposes
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings per GD&T system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
